FetchCoach costs $14.99/month. When you first sign up, you get 3 free messages to explore the app and see if it's right for you. After that, a subscription is required to continue chatting. You can subscribe any time from the app dashboard. Your subscription is managed through our secure billing partner and can be cancelled anytime.

Cancelling is easy. Use our self-service billing portal — click the link in your subscription confirmation email, or contact us at fetchcoach@polsia.app and we'll send you the link. The billing portal lets you cancel, change plans, or update your payment method at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If FetchCoach isn't working for you, email us at fetchcoach@polsia.app within 7 days of your first payment and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked. After 7 days, you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges, but we don't offer partial refunds for unused time in the current billing period.

Your Dog ID is a unique portable code (like LUNA-7K3X) that links to your dog's profile, chat history, and settings. If you switch browsers, get a new phone, or clear your browser data, just enter your Dog ID to restore everything. You can find your Dog ID in Settings → Profile in the app. Keep it somewhere safe — it's the key to your data.

Tap the "Call Coach" button on your dashboard to start a real-time voice conversation with your AI coach. It works in Chrome and Safari on both iPhone and Android — just make sure your browser has microphone access enabled. You'll see a live transcript as you talk, and your coach responds out loud in their unique voice. Works hands-free, perfect for during walks or when you have your hands full.
