FetchCoach ("we," "us," "our") is an AI-powered dog training assistance app. We operate at fetchcoach.app and are built by Polsia Inc.

2. Not a Certified Professional

FetchCoach is not a certified dog trainer, veterinarian, or animal behaviorist. Everything in this app — tips, training plans, behavior assessments, coach responses — is generated by AI based on general principles and your dog's profile.

AI-generated advice may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your dog's specific situation. Always apply your own judgment and common sense.

3. Use at Your Own Risk

You use FetchCoach entirely at your own risk. We make no guarantees about:

• Training outcomes or behavior improvements
• Your dog's safety or wellbeing while following any advice
• The accuracy or completeness of AI-generated responses

We are not liable for any injury to you, your dog, other people, or property resulting from following advice or training suggestions from FetchCoach.

4. When to Seek Professional Help

Do not rely solely on FetchCoach if your dog shows:

• Aggression toward people or other animals
• Severe anxiety or fear responses
• Any behavior that could result in injury
• Medical symptoms (limping, lethargy, pain, appetite changes)

In these situations, consult a certified trainer, veterinary behaviorist, or veterinarian directly.

5. Service Provided "As Is"

FetchCoach is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties — express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce specific results.

6. Subscription Terms

FetchCoach offers a monthly subscription plan:

• Price: $14.99/month, billed monthly via Stripe
• Free messages: 3 messages included before subscription is required
• Money-back guarantee: New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment — email fetchcoach@polsia.app
• Cancellation: You may cancel anytime from your settings. Cancellation takes effect at end of the current billing period. No refunds after the 7-day window.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FetchCoach to:

• Attempt to extract training data, system prompts, or underlying model information
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content
• Resell or commercially redistribute any content generated by the app

8. Intellectual Property

FetchCoach and its content are owned by Polsia Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the app's interface, brand, or generated content for commercial purposes.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of FetchCoach after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
